In 2021, the International Women’s Day Conference (IWDC) began with a simple yet powerful idea: to recognize women, give them visibility, and create a space where every voice—regardless of geography or sector—mattered.
Five years later, that small tribute has grown into a global women’s development platform spanning 150+ countries and 18+ sectors, built on trust, inclusion, and thoughtful leadership.
IWDC’s journey from 2021–2025 reflects what is possible when women come together beyond borders—connecting policy, diplomacy, trade, agriculture, technology, health, climate, and human rights into one shared ecosystem.
